Cancellation policies may vary from 48 hours prior to arrival by 3:00 PM EST to fully non-refundable. Please check your reservation confirmation to verify the cancellation policy for your reservation. If you have booked your reservation via an on-line travel agent, please reach out to the original source to confirm cancellation policy. No show and late cancellations are subject to 1st night room and tax charge. This policy does not apply to non-refundable reservations.

Yes, a refundable credit card deposit of $100 per day with a maximum of $300 per stay is required and authorized upon check-in. The refundable deposit will be returned to the credit card if unused for incidental charges. Any remaining amount from the deposit will be refunded back to the guest within 14-30 business days after checking out. Please note that the Facility Fee is considered an incidental charge and is deducted from the security deposit.

Most U.S. issued credit cards and debit cards take 14 business days. International issued credit cards and debit cards may take up to 30 days or more.
