Hotel bem localizado, quarto e serviço muito bom!

The hotel was very pleasant, the standard rooms are a little small but that's all we needed because we only went to sleep, perfect place for tourists looking to explore times square.. only complaint was in the morning the maids were slamming the doors and would wake us up

Stayed at hotel in October 2017. Excellent location. Front desk staff was very good. Easy check-in. Nice bar to listen to music and have a drink. I wish I could say nice things about the room. I asked for a room on a higher floor. I read these rooms have been upgraded. I did not have a problem with the interior of the room or bathroom. I had a problem with the doors not having a soft close. My room was at the end of a hallway and in the early morning around 5:30am, constant slamming of the doors. Also, as others have stated felt like your neighbor was in your room. Cluld hear complete conversations. Very thin walls. I know the hotel can't do anything regarding the construction of the property. Suggestion install a soft close on the door. Would suggest for location and price. Can't suggest for the room.
